Groups up to 4 people

Can cancel free of charge via the confirmation email.

No deposit required.
Groups of 5 to 9 people

A non-refundable deposit is required.

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours in advance via the confirmation email.

The deposit is always retained.

If cancelled later than 48 hours, the agreed group menu price per person will be charged, minus the deposit already paid.
Groups of 10 people or more

A non-refundable deposit is required.

Cancellations must be sent by email to info@de-waag.nl at least 10 working days in advance.

The deposit is always retained.

If cancelled later than 10 working days, the full agreed group menu price per person will be charged, with the deposit deducted from the total.

Groups of 10 to 20 people

Final numbers may vary by 10–12% without extra charges.

Groups of 20 to 30 people
