On Thursday, April 16, 2026, Restaurant De Waag reopens its doors at the
Market in Delft. With a renewed hospitality concept, the characteristic location is getting a
a new impetus, where quality, atmosphere, and meeting take center stage.
De Waag has been a fixture in the Delft cityscape for years and serves as
meeting place for both residents and visitors. The renewed course builds on this
