On Thursday, April 16, 2026, Restaurant De Waag reopens its doors at the

Market in Delft. With a renewed hospitality concept, the characteristic location is getting a

a new impetus, where quality, atmosphere, and meeting take center stage.

De Waag has been a fixture in the Delft cityscape for years and serves as

meeting place for both residents and visitors. The renewed course builds on this

on this familiar character, while simultaneously paying more attention to a contemporary experience

and content.

From Friday, April 17, the restaurant is open to the public again and launches the

Show off its new menu. An accessible style that is combined with

refinement.

In addition, efforts are being made to focus on extra live music programming, among other things.

Sunday afternoon, with which De Waag aims to play a broader role within the center.

of the city.

In the run-up to and after the opening, there is also a focus on Swim & Spin to Fight.

Cancer (Delft), where money is raised for cancer research. With this

De Waag emphasizes its commitment to social initiatives.

With this new phase, De Waag confirms its position as an accessible and

lively place on the Market, where people gather for both culinary and

cultural experience.
