About the event
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to the official reopening of De Waag on 17
April 2026. Following a period of renewal, we look forward to welcoming our guests
back and are proud to present our newly curated menu. Carefully composed, it reflects
the flavours, quality, and hospitality that define De Waag.
Guests are welcome from 17:30, with the programme commencing at 18:00.
The evening will take the form of a walking dinner, offering the opportunity to discover
